Engineers Refined Focus Crystals - where to find

I had a lot Refined Focus Crystals, but i do not know from where. Now i need it and cant find it. I am flying for high sec systems (a clue form inara), i found one for 4 hours (in encoded uss).
Any ideas?

Shoot anacondas (and other big ships) in a haz res, or anywhere else, they drop them most of the time.

They are usually delivered to me by pirates and bounty hunters. Can't use as many as they are delivering... ;)

If you fly a Vette/Cutter/Conda you will be interdicted only by other Anacondas and FdLs, which drop multiple refined focus crystals ~50% of the time.

Lately have been getting them off of Missions (Data/Cargo Delivery), as well as Exquisite and Crystal Shards.

Might be Rank related, I'm 11% away from Elite in combat and half the time I get interdicted its an Elite Anaconda doesn't matter what the hell I'm flying.

I'm Elite for ~1.5 years now and while I'm getting nothing but Condas/FDLs when I'm in my big ships, they are scaling down with the size of my ship. When I was in my Vulture a few days ago, I got interdicted by Pythons, Asps, Dropships and the like.

Thanks for this. I was having trouble finding these at the signal sources (weapons fire), went to a Haz RES and it was a mass drop-fest, even smaller ships were dumping them. Strange that they don't seem to drop much in CZs or CNBs - I got a few but not many.
