Refinery bugged out?

Hi everyone,
after a while not playing elite I have returned and chose to do some mining jobs. after some time i wanted to check on my collected resources and couldn't belive I only collected water with my 7 Bin refinery. All the other resources nowhere to be found. All slots empty but the one filled with water. Then I started to target the mined chunks before scooping to make sure there are more resources in it than water. 5% liquid oxygen, still nothing. 4% Hydrogene Peroxide, still nothing but water. Doesn't matte if I scoop up the material myself or let a limpet do the work.

Did I miss something or is this just bugged out?

Not talking about the body I'm mining. I meant the mined of fragment that you have to collect. Even if it contains 5% liquid Oxygen and 5% Water I will only find water in my refinery...

oh I see gotta be a bug unless your refinary is so small it aint got 5 collection slots for eg an only has two
mine has up to 5 items it can process at any one time once a slot starts collecting water for eg that's all it will extract
I have had 3 collecting water and 2 left for other mats if I recall correctly (have not mined in an age) so have had to purge the slot in hope it will process sumit else

As mentioned, my refinery got 7 bins. 6 of them empty. Gets even more weird. It seems that the only resources I can't collect are Liquid Oxygen and Hydrogene Peroxide. For both materials I've got an active mining quest o_O

Someone else experienced something similar?

Click on the fragment, open up your contacts list and see what it says on the RHS of the panel. If it says "remove oxygen from the ignore list", that's what you have to select.
