Hardware & Technical Refresh rate issue with GPU tweak, please help?

Iv'e recently got myself an Asus VG248QE monitor. It can go up to 144 hertz, but sometimes it resets itself, especially when I use GPU Tweak II. My card is an Asus Strix GeForce GTX 980 Ti OC, and if anyone can figure out what's going on in the video below, it'd be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the bad recording:

I find it hard to believe that I posted this on 10 highly-active places on the internet and managed to not get single response in more than 7 hours. Am I dreaming or what?

Can't help directly, but did read from one of the dev posts about monitor refresh rate support. Trying to find the post.....
I remember a list of refresh rates that ED supports. Ummm try capping at 120fps and see if the problem persists. .
Will update if I find that post a,

Tried it at 120hz, problem still persists.
