Refugee Mission bug

So I decided to save refugees from attacked starports.
One of the missions failed as I had to log off.
Now every time I log on the failed note comes back and I have to delete the failed mission over and over again.
I don't even have the passenger on board, yet he tells me I failed and wants to be dropped off.
This is annoying.

Edit:
The mission in the transaction tab is now named "$##Passenger1Quantity;"
and it calls me "$###CommanderName;"
I got it from Ipsal Project by Clint Bruce at a burning starport which went under repair when I logged back on.

I play on Xbox.
Can the support please help me?
It just won't go away.

what about abandon it at transactions?

I do abandon it every time.
It even comes miraculously back to the transaction tab.

I discovered this only happens when I pick up a mission involving refugees.
Selling every cabin and rebuying did not help.
Also, this bug occures in every game mode.

I would try a sicidewinder.
