What's the status?
I haven't heard a thing from support after I got the mail that they were going to go through requests again, which was a reply I received 4 days ago.
Starting to feel like you guys are just trying to ignore things with this kind of timeframes.![]()
Do you really think that 4 days (especially with all of the major things that have been happening over the last few days) is enough for you to suggest they're ignoring your request? I imagine they have had a lot of emails about the subject over the last few days, some knee-jerk and others not, they need to assess each case individually as they have said depending on when they backed/brought the game.
They should refund everyone,

That is the problem! They should refund everyone, and not punish those who helped bugtest their product!
