refund update?

What's the status?

I haven't heard a thing from support after I got the mail that they were going to go through requests again, which was a reply I received 4 days ago.

Starting to feel like you guys are just trying to ignore things with this kind of timeframes. :(

Do you really think that 4 days (especially with all of the major things that have been happening over the last few days) is enough for you to suggest they're ignoring your request? I imagine they have had a lot of emails about the subject over the last few days, some knee-jerk and others not, they need to assess each case individually as they have said depending on when they backed/brought the game.

I understand your frustration, but I don't think 4 days (especially when 2 of them have been a weekend) is enough to get worried yet.

I am, in fact, privy to information. It is as follows:

We've all bought a game we were not happy with that made false claims and turned out to be a giant disappointment. However, you bought the game, downloaded it, and played it. You have used the license for the game, so no returns.

That is the problem! They should refund everyone, and not punish those who helped bugtest their product!

Just relax. Our tickets are being investigated and if honored, we'll be satisfied. I think that expecting your refund to happen overnight is a little bit on the unrealistic side and being impatient about it serves no purpose in any clear way I can see.
 
I think you're just going to have to give them time to sort through it all mate, I'm not being an apologist for FDEV but if just the people who ordered a physical box set game on KS all put in refund requests (not the case I know, I'm one who hasn't asked for one) that would be about 6,454 people, accounting for about £980,000+, more or less 62% of the total kickstarter funds raised (from about 25% of the total KS backers) and non of that is accounting for digital downloaders, KS or from the store during the past two years!
it's just a mess and it's going to take time, and patience to sort it out!
