Regarding Frontier Community Event; Cologne 2019

Hello there,

I'm not certain if this would be the right thread to post this question but I did not find any other suitable thread.

Anyway here is my "issue":
At the Frontier Community Meeting I was lucky enough to win the Deluxe Edition of Planet Zoo. I was asked to write my E-Mail adress into a phone of a staff member so that the Key would be send by E-Mail.
Until today, November 6, i have not received a Mail from Frontier regarding the Giveaway.
Has there been a problem with the giveaway or with my Mail adress?

I'm just curious because it's completely unusual for you Guys to not get in contact if something goes wrong.

I hope I was able to give you a Brief summary of my Problem.
