Hi all fellow pilots,
my name is Zaphys and I just purchased ED Arena. This is the first flying game I play but I have always been fascinated by the idea of a full 3D competitive dogfighting game; by the looks of things ED Arena may be it. I only have a few hours of CQC experience but I am learning fast and I hope to become proficient and be able to have a fighting chance in the qualifier matches for the much anticipated $100,000 tournament. I strongly believe that ED Arena has a place in the eSport scene as a genuine competitive 6DoF FPS, but the standalone game (or the module in the ED full game) needs improvement (as can be seen from the abundant suggestions thread). My initial question for the community is: are these forums the best way to keep up to date with all things ED Arena?
