Registered email help

Pretty basic question. How can I change the email address that my frontier account is linked to?
The address I set it up with has been deactivated and I need to change it to my new address for future use.
The help section is pretty useless
 
I'd suggest logging a ticket with the support team.

I've forgotten my email address.

If you're unable to recall your registered email address we'll need some additional information from you to verify that you are the account owner. Send in a support ticket using the button at the bottom of this page with as many answers as possible from the following options:

  • The name of the person who owns the account.
  • The name of the current Commander.
  • The order number sent to you when purchasing Elite Dangerous.
  • Any proof of purchase, such as an email receipt.
  • Your Steam product key (only applies to Steam customers).
Once we've verified you as the account owner we will be happy to change the registered email to one of your choice.

Normally changing a registered email address requires a confirmation email to be sent to the old email address, this is a problem when old email addresses are no longer working, so it's almost certainly going to be a support ticket issue as Requiem Mortis suggests. They have helped me with email address issues in the past and it took a couple of days to get sorted so it shouldn't be a big problem.
