I called my ship, whilst landed on a moon, and went into life support mode, and I then died due to lack of clearance under my ship, as obviously I could not get in. Just thought I should mention it as the ship should be able to pick LZ with clearance? In future I will factor this in to my explanation unless a bug fix is given. Gallwin
I have had times where my ship was unable to land, or landed at such an angle that I could not get underneath it. Everytime it was caused by my being on vary uneven ground where the ship simply could not find a suitable landing site. The ship won’t land further than 2km from you, so if you recall it in an area of vary undulating ground, then the ship simply won’t be able to reach you. In these cases it was not due to as bug but, as I said, my recalling the ship in an area unsuitable for it to land in.
Air supply is extremely limited once emergency life support systems deployed. I was down to a few precious minutes. No time for new LZ.
