Fiction Release date for books/ebooks

Sorry if this has been asked but I can't find it using search.
When are all these books/books going to be released? I initially thought all would be out when Elite was released in March, but as that is looking unlikely and a full Elite release may not be for some time, will we be able to pass the time waiting by reading some Elite fiction?

All the books have their own release dates... with a lot of them aiming for March 2014.

I know Fantastic books are looking at March as a target... but if quality demands they will delay as necessary.

So Q1/Q2 this year for those, and I'm afraid the rest will need to update you.


So thats Kate Russell, Allen Stroud, Drew Wagar, John Harper and the Elite Anthology with Fantastic Books and aiming March.

That's a good question and I don't think there's a definitive answer. The last it was discussed the FBP novels were still aiming for a March release, but I suspect that it might change in case the Elite Gamma release comes later. I guess we'll know more when Frontier makes their announcements.

No definitive answer as yet. Dan (Fantastic Books) is talking to Frontier about this as it involves joint marketing activities, conventions etc.

I believe mine may be the only book approved by Frontier at this time. It will take a few weeks to get the others through. We are also in the process of converting to Audiobook.

I do not have a cover, or final proofreading on mine however.

Five books are due to come as boxsets so before those are available, all five need to have been finalised. There are pledge rewards to honour to kickstarter backers before the books go on general release.

Can't, honestly, see that all happening in time for March, but Dan is Mr. Fantastic, so we'll see! Stay tuned here for updates. When we know something, we'll let you know.

Since there's no definitive release date of the game or the gamma phase we're still playing this one by ear. At the moment the concentration is on getting works polished by editors and approved by Frontier, getting artwork together, making audio versions, etc. Once that's closer to completion we'll be in a better situation to announce a release date.
