So I paid $30 for the game yesterday during the preview time. I have seen no indication as to when the preview will end or when the full version for XB1 will be released.

There has been no indication as to release date.
Michael Brookes (Executive Producer) stated that the full game is included in the cost of the GPP - in other words, when the full game is released your GPP version should convert to the full game at no extra cost. Time will tell if true or not.
