Release time?

I know this is usually asked but I am always at work when a new major update is released, therefore I miss the release date and time, today is the last day of my Holiday so I can finally get to play on release (first time ever since Beta 1.2), Soooooo, what is the usual time you get to play?

If their time frame is correct (9 hours of downtime) then 6.30pm GMT is the earliest - obviously it may go quicker or longer then that depending on how well it progresses but i'd not expect to play till before then
