the damaged stations look really good. could we have a target of people to evacuate.
as people are removed from the burning station, the number remaining reduces. even if you created a community goal for each burning station and process the total remaining and rescued that way.
we would then know how many remain etc.
also, if we successfully remove all one time (before next thu), the station can shutdown and the repair materials requirement could be reduced.
if we fail, then more damaged is caused due to it being open for longer, then the material requirements are increased, or as they are now.
