Remove man made junk and probes from POI

I am alone, 3000LY from home, I am on the surface of a planet, in a system no one has ever seen, or discovered...I am the first.
Then I get a bunch of junk, some escape pods, a data point, some skimmers, but the real issue is this happenes
I EVERY SYSTEM I VISIT ok, maybe in the bubble yes I could live with that, but who...WHO even bothers to scan that probe,
or even pick up "mostly useless" cargo canisters, it's all worthless junk, even gold isn't worth picking up for the jump hit.

My immersion in ruins, I have to pretend they don't exist as I grind grind grind, for FSD materials to get me home.

I recall them saying it was being fixed/looked at for the 2.1 release. I'll almost miss finding tea on the far side of the galaxy
