Remove scanning data links from combat missions

As the title says I suggest removing this from the missions, it is just annoying and it makes no sense, I have been doing combat federation missions and the missions tell you to scan federation bases then you get bounties with the federation and eventually an interstellar bounty with the federation because they told you to scan federation bases illegally on a legal mission, I don't see the point of such a mechanic on a combat mission, its just better and cleaner go to the system use the nav beacon or fss find the targets, pew pew the targets, back to base get paid, get rep, get influence, call it a day.

Oh you're talking about urgent kill orders?

Yeah, they're a major P.I.T.A when regular assassination missions exists.

Yes it's always drag when you realise you've picked up one of those. They should have a balancing feature, like some bonus cash available or a follow-on mission that you can take on the fly from an inbox message to get another guy that came through in the scan data - so effectively double the rewards (incl INF).

I don't mind them.
But I think they should make it so they don't target settlements of mission giver and related superpower. Should be easy enough, but hey...
And add some more wrinkles and follow ups to them (counts for allmissions in general Id say)
