Remove the need to Upgrade Workshop Items.

It's getting insane at this point that I go to look for a workshop item I KNOW I downloaded, only to see it not available in my blueprint area, then I check the workshop and it says it needs an update.

Remove the NEED to "upgrade" in order for the item to appear, let people pick when they want to upgrade. Right now the system is broken and it keeps telling you to upgrade things that don't actually need an upgrade. There are already too many problems with items randomly unsubscribing or being deleted entirely that this would just lower some of the great deal of frustrations the workshop has.

Also while you're at it...maybe an "upgrade all" button? That would also alleviate a lot of the frustration.

Why do you need to upgrade (update?) downloaded blueprints, at all?
What would be the differences? Change in scenery? What if you like the blueprint in it's old version but not the new one?

The more stuff is popping up in this forums the more I'm thinking this game (actual state) is a complete mess... Nearly everything seems to grabbed from the single projects desks and thrown in a box knowing it's not ready.

I think that everyone of the PC2 team was working hard to build up the game, but there just wasn't enough time...

Why doesnt it go automatically once you start up your game? If you can't use it after it goes 'out of date', I see no reason why this shouldn't be done automatically?
