Arnak Dec 28, 2015 #1 Hi Cmdrs, Just a quick question, how do you remove a key binding in the controls set up. That is to leave a key binding blank? I can't seem to make that happen. Thanks,

Arnak Dec 28, 2015 #5 Hi Cmdrs, ** Update ** It used to be the esc key by turning off the mouse but that was back in 2014 and the bindings file has changed since then. I will see if I can do it by modding the binds file if that is possible? Sigh, no that didn't work either as it is on the SRV controls.... Thanks again,) Last edited: Dec 28, 2015

Arnak Dec 28, 2015 #6 Hi Garix, Thanks for the help. I have checked that I have the key selected but esc takes me out, I'll re-test it again tomorrow.

namron vaudex Dec 29, 2015 #7 I just tried the last suggestion and it worked. I.e., select the item you for which want to remove the binding, so that focus is in its edit box, press Esc and the current binding is deleted and the field is blank.

Arnak Dec 30, 2015 #8 Hi Cmdrs, Thanks very much for the help and advice. After further testing I found that my keyboard was responding to the esc key too fast, so the answers were correct.) I just had to hit esc very gently to avoid a key bounce which took it out of the menu.
