Certainly deals out the damage.
Saw you run low on ammo ( and out ) a few times. Do you synth the ammo, or dock to R+R ? That's the main issue I have with ammo heavy builds. They're killer when you have ammo, and a massive waste of hull space when they don't.

I go back to the station to r&r. This is a pvp build, supposed to last for one fight.
