Could we make it so Repeater Substations do not show a connection to disabled backup generators (or even make it so we can set backup generators to never connect if we want) when placing Repeater Substations?
I know there is a backup generator there, no I don't want to connect to it, the whole point of me placing the Repeater is to make it obsolete in my general power network. Having to destroy then rebuild the backup so I can accurately see if the Repeater is placed close enough to the next repeater to work is annoying. So if Repeaters preferentially showed their connection to any other power giver over backup when placed, and only showed the connection to backups when it could not connect to anything else would make life easier.
I also don't want my backup connecting to the whole park when it goes dark, I just want it to power the Ranger Station and MVU it's next to. I want it to keep my emergency service operating during a storm or sabotage blackout, not Bob's Burgers and Ables Clothing Boutique. So an option that kept it from gloaming onto the network and only power what was immediately around it would be amazing.
That being said love the game and really enjoy playing it. This is just a quality of life suggestion
