I'm interesting in increasing my standing with the Federation; can I do so by hopping over to Imperial space and killing their authority vessels? Does harming one faction help my standing with another? Or can I in any way increase my standing with a faction by killing stuff, as opposed to hunting down some stupid combat enhancing drug that I've never so much as caught a glimpse of.
