Why we shouldn't have an alternative way to mining ?
It would be simple: instead of a mining laser you can buy a drill machine (that is applied to the belly of the ship)
You must land on the asteroid and start to drill... it could take a little bit more time than using a laser and scoop but
it is an action less ''repetitive''.
the drilled pieces are then directly scooped in the cargo without player interaction.
