I just lost 2mil of cargo and had to pay 1.5 mil to get my ship back because of a NPC flying into me like I didnt exsist in the station's entrance. This is the 2nd time.

Accidents happens, sell docking computer. Use the internal for something more useful like a shield bank or cargo.
Although FD have improve the npc behavior in stations considerably, there obviously still are some difficulties.
You need to be very careful when entering and leaving the airlock.
To be fair the situation you describe not only happens with npc. Some PC behave that way too.
So in fact that npc that cost you your ship might just have well been the perfect simulation of a human pilot.
Personally I always boost my shield to the max when entering a station and I keep a close eye on the scanner. This can save your neck.
EDIT:
What also helps is to never push the launch button when you are still down below. Let the elevator take you up first, have a look at what is going on and then choose launch. If the entrance is clogged up, you can simply wait without feeling the pressure to exit the station.
