[Request] Can you provide a String text file for game translation?

I have a lot of interest in this game.
So, I want to translate the game with people who are player or interested.
However, I can't find String text files for translation (such as .po or .pot files) in game folder.

So, I want to get a String text file for translation.
If so, where should I submit the translated files?
