REQUEST - Cargo transfer in space

I don't think I have seen this request - maybe it is pretty standard as it was possible in the original.

The ability to jettison selected cargo with the intention of another local player character scooping up the cargo.

Along with fund transfer this would allow players to collaborate in trade.

Would probably be a requirement if travelling through a system with contraband goods.
