Request for Beyond: Premium Content - Second Commander Slot

Dear Frontier-Dev,

with Zacs update to the Beyond schedule and scope he also mentioned the premium content give-away for LEP owners, namely some items from Frontier store for free. This feels like a big let-down. I am all for supporting Frontiers work on Elite Dangerous but I choose where to spent additional money wisely.

Thinking of this I have another proposal: Do you see the possibility of implementing additional Commander slots within Elite UI? This would have the following benefits for your customers:
- customers could merge multi-accounts into single multi-slot account saving a lot of hassle on setup and updates
- provide a second Commander for free for LEP owners as Beyond Premium content
- provide base for more shop income by making additional Commander Slots available in the shop.

This would be a real benefit if implemented and would not interfere with continuous content development of Elite as it's working outside of the simulation.

I agree with this thread. I don't want to erase my current commander because I want to keep my achievements and discovered system. And I don't want to buy an other account because I have spent enough money in game extra (ship customization, livery...) to buy all this stuff twice. In every MMO game I have, I like to make a second character just to test an other gameplay and I wish I could have this oportunity in ED. By the way, I think I would play more with an other cdmr, because I get borted with my first one but I definitively don't want to erase it.

Thing is I don't mind spending money on stuff on my 3 accounts.

I only have to setup on one account. Like Controls and download. once that is done. The other 2 accounts are already setup.

Well most of us wait for a sale and buy a secondary or third account to support Frontier.

- provide base for more shop income by making additional Commander Slots available in the shop.

As long as it the same price as the game I would be fine with that.
