Dear Frontier Developments,

On Friday I left for a weekend away with my wife and son to 'get away from it for a bit'. However the trip was wasted because I spent most of the weekend reading up on the aftermath of first contact.

This, is entirely your fault.

I request the reimbursement of the following:

146 EUR - Two nights stay in bed and breakfast.
55 EUR - lunch I didn't particularly enjoy because of wondering what the thargoids were looking for.
38 EUR - Aperi-Cena A light dinner with aperol spritz neither myself nor my wife enjoyed particularly because I was thinking about combinations of alien artifacts that might trigger another response.
30 EUR - lunch today that I remember my wife looking at me quizzically for most of it as I was lost in thought about whether they may or may not actually be Thargoids.
40 EUR - petrol money.
Priceless - The respect and love of my wife.

Total: 309 EUR plus possible increase depending on whether or not she sues for divorce.

A 'mirage' .. (?) .. optical phenomenations in which light rays bend to produce displaced images, of distant objects or the sky, that could be mistaken for anything!?
