Request for Japanese Localization

Dear Developers, Hi I'm Gashin.

Firstly, sorry for my poor English. Actually, however, I am a volunteered English to Japanese translator and of course one of Elite: dangerous player.
For now, I and some volunteers translate in-game text in a Japanese wiki and so we are ready to participate in the Japanese localization volunteer when it begins.
Thus I want you to launch Japanese localization volunteer activity. ( I heard about Spanish's)

thank you for the notice but I want to localize a game client.

Because the game client is packed, I think it is near impossible to localize it unofficially.
