General Gameplay Request for Sandbox Mode

Hello, I wanted to make a request in regards to the sandbox mode, wile I love the sandbox mode more then the main story line and that is the first thing I did once I was finished with the main story line I have ran into a problem ( aside from the fact that is Isla Nublar is a fraction of it's original size from the film and I have a difficult time just meeting the 22 dinosaur difficult requirement with an island of this size as is) I have aspired to make my park free for the dinosaurs "I want the park in the cage not the dinosaurs" a phrase my partner and I use when we play together you see and that was my main concern, as much as I can toggle off the dinosaurs from attacking one another they still panic one another and that prevents the herbivores and small carnivores from getting any food when there are medium and large carnivores roaming around the island, they starve and they become dehydrated and I would rather just see them roam the lands free. Aside from the fact that the original size is Isla Nublar would probably make that a much simpler task my request is if you could please include the panic it causes the dinosaurs when the option to toggle the dinosaurs from attacking one another is enabled, Don't you think it is senseless to allow them to be panicked if they are not going to attack one another? Thank you
