If we are expected to continue playing through all the bugs I would like an in-game ticket system.
As of now, I have to write down the time and occurrence of everything, like no bounty awarded or no mission payout, which happen rather frequently. Then I have to login to the support website and fill in the same fields every time because it's not just an ED support site; it's for all of FD.
I think it would be alot easier to add the ticket system to an in-game function.
