[REQUEST] Overhaul System Map

The System Map is a nice catalog of the contents of the system, is quite pretty and has a lot of useful information, however the current "map" does not function as a map. It does not show any positional information at all, nor is it terribly useful for telling how far apart things in the system are. The controls also need to be configurable. The defaults seem to come from perhaps two different sections of the galactic map.

An Orrery (as probably has been suggested before) would be far more use.

The orrery has not only been suggested but was mocked up by FD pre-beta. I'm hoping they're still working on it because the current system map does kinda smack of placeholder.

Even simply giving us the option to target an unexplored planet from the system map would be a vast improvment.
Sure, some systems are nice and flat and you can fly up above to count the rings to find the planet you want to scan. But a lot of the time the orbit lines are tricky to use and you find yourself scanning a bunch of ice planets just to get to the one you want.

I don't like to see anything "unexplored" on the map as is. I'd like for items not to show up on the map until you've scanned them. Or, at least have them show up as question marks or other unidentified marker.
