I may be alone in this frustration, but over the last few months I’ve found that many people will upload their sandbox parks as a “scenario”. I find myself disappointed time and time again downloading what I thought was an actual scenario only to be met with the same old description “a user created scenario” with no goals, and unlimited money. I can always make my own goals but part of the reason for downloading a scenario that looks promising it to jump right in. I just find this very frustrating and don’t understand why so many continue to do this...

That makes sense. I do hope that people will be more cognizant or others. Many of us don’t have time to spend and want to jump right into a fun challenging park(preferably not already completely built). I don’t want to be another one on the forums complaint about the management/scenario’s or lack thereof, as I’ve made my own to help suffice. But I’d really appreciate a more conscious effort form the community that if your going to upload a scenario to adjust all of the setting and make it enjoyable for us who dont have much time to jump on PC as much [happy]
I am also frustrated by that and I vented to one of the creators about this. I told him to please t least add disclaimer that it is NOT a scenario.
By writing disclaimer on the blueprint page it would help me weed out them.
And since those, I pay more attention to the text of the blueprints. If there's no mention about objectives etc whatsoever I do not subscribe.

The reason that happens is quite simple unfortunately. Any parks edited using the scenario editor automatically become custom scenarios when saved.
Quite a few do this to change properties of the park (boundary size, guest traits etc).
I agree that adding a disclaimer would help though (or an amendment to the item name).

Please rate scenarios that you like. That will push them towards the top of the list where they will get more attention. Also,everybody appreciates comments on their work.
I appreciate the clarification. This certainly makes a lot more sense now and I don’t feel as if I have to be out on a vendetta against sandbox scenario parks haha.
