Request to replace in-game Wing Commander missing for >180 days. Please Upvote!

Currently there is no way to replace a missing Wing Commander from the in-game squadron. Frontier says they cannot (refuse to?) remove or change the Wing Commander to allow someone who is actually playing the game to have the Wing Commander position.
