That's mine but you might not find it very useful as it is a blend of Xbox Elite controller and the X52 Pro. But you can use it as a start

My bindings are here. Let me know if you have any problems accessing them.
One thing to note, though, is that I have customised my stick a little - I have lateral and vertical thrusters mapped to a little thumbstick I added. Before I did this, I had thrusters mapped to the silver hat on the stick.
