Yea, this may have been nice to know BEFORE I spent 40 minutes chasing around contacts and waiting for mission updates.

Seriously, how can missions like even be available to me when I dont own Horizons?

'Liberate' the Slaves in your hold - that's good for at least 100 000 credits which will alleviate the burn just a wee bit.

Nope, it was listed as a normal Shadow Delivery out of either Gende or Aymifa, I can't remember which one.

Same thing just happened here to me, about an hour of waiting for the mission to update, and now I have this cargo stuck in my inventory until I get the expansion, or fail the mission now. I have low enough rep with this faction as it is =(
