RES hitching and stuttering

Since i started playing back in Oct, every visit to a RES area brings a persistant stutter every 10 seconds or so.

Frames drop down and just as quick shoot back up again. Also general flying about busy RES spots is stuttery.

Nvidia 980..i5 3570k @ 4.5g

Ive tried different graphic setting but always the same.

Same here but I thought it was just me running an old hardware.

I only have issues on "dusty" RES, the clear ones don't lag me out.

I never complained because I'm running with old hardware but the drop was noticeable since pre 1.2

Ive had it running on SLI 970s and a single 980. At 110fps at 75pfs and even 60fps.

My system should nt have an issue so i imagine its there end

I already replied to another thread in bug forum, but since the yesterday's update (1.2.0.3) I have persistent stutter (approximately at 5-10 FPS) in the RES which has been fine just days before. Of course I had the irregular hitches, from time to time, sometimes with some quite long pause which took almost 1 second, but the new thing (after the last patch) is that now it is really permanent and perfectly regular. Even though the ingame reported FPS is the same as before the smoothness is no longer there.
