Derped into a RES last night to test some shield configs. Relog until Condas and Clippers spawn. This is SO wrong! I mean, what the hell is the difference between this and grinding a trade route? Anyways, I needed the opposition and the money's good so who cares right?
What I found though was a whole bunch of AI pilots sending me, instead of fat and furious (tm) beam laser fire, out of office auto replies. Not a single one returned fire, they just sat there taking all the heat regardless of their rank. My beam / multicannon combo pulverised an Expert Anaconda in, I'm not exaggerating one bit, under 10 seconds and I was stationary the whole time! I earned some 400k in bounties before concluding that this is just ridiculous and relogging again. All returned to business as usual and pew-pew did see pew-pew being returned.
I am more than happy to donate the 400k to whoever needs it and I'm quitting any and all RES relogging. Although I'd be much happier if it was somehow 'fixed'.
Also, should I ticket the AI vacation? Except screenshots which tell absolutely nothing I have no hard evidence.
