Rescue Escape pods?

first of all: does nay one know where to find search and rescue missions?!

and 2: does any one know if we can *rescue* escape pods from the thargoids?!?! using hatch breakers?!

Just scoop them before the thargoid does, either manually or with a limpet.

They turn hostile once you do.

They have started targeting them first off as well, at least in the ones I have had after the patch. They used to go for the closest object. I may be wrong.

I was aksing because it be cool if ED could actually add a new Search and rescu profession to the game

get missions like : rescue XX pods from Thargoids and not just get the PODS before they scoop them but maybe we could chase them down as well?! police chase style! lol

i heard they added such profession but im yet to find anything related to it.

Its under the contact section at a station, there's a search and rescue tab. No missions that i'm aware of though.
