Rescue missions in Nauni and supercruise disocnnect

Hello,

When I saw the GalNet update about the evacuations needed in Nauni I set up my Anaconda for rescue and headed out. got 4 runds done then couldn't enter supercruise either from the rescue ship or a little later from the station. Just Orange Sidewinder (no help there) Internet was totally normal otherwise. 1000mbir x 50 mbit connection here. I ogged out for 5 minutes (didn't reboot anything and it worked again for 1 run then same issue. Later I did reboot my modem/router/PC and got one more run but happened again. This seems like a congested instance maybe? Players rushed in seeing a burning station up and are clogging the instance(s)? I had no change in open solo or private group. PC specs below:

Ryzen 2700x
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram
RTX 2070 (first gen)
windows 10 64bit

edit:

I should add that after that 2nd reboot I was able to head out of the system and I went in and out of SC a few times...no issue. this only happens in Nauni

Looks like this self resolved. I was able to run rescue missions back and forth last night no issue. I blame Amazon cause reasons :p

Orange Sidewinder

That's usually server side related (and it seems to be connected to the presence - or more likely movement - of Fleet Carriers in the system)
It's also a transient issue

And not at last, if you get an Orange Sidewinder error, you should quit to desktop and retry. Quit to desktop, not quit to menu.
A quit to menu will not resolve server connection issues.

Most of the time it is resolved after the first retry. In the worse cases you will have to do 2-3 retries until the problem is resolved

yep I agree. this time though it didn't clear itself for a few hours. Im chalking it up to me moving into the system as soon as Galnet posted the video about the burning stations, and Im sure alot of others did the same thing. I was in an equipped Anaconda within about 15 minutes of the announcement. (Current home system is Sol) Likely took the servers and or AWS to adjust to the surge in activity.

That sort of thing happens from time to time. Once before I noticed a pattern that it happened during a 30 minute slot at the same time every day.

Commander Buur (YouTube channel The Buur Pit) posted a YouTube video and has noted that a lot of fleet carriers had moved in Im thinking I ran into the server congestion that causes.
