Research all Rides in challenge

I have looked all over and i am wondering can you research all the rides in challenge mode on console. I am playing a challenge park and under the wooden and hybrid all I have is the Oswald coaster to start and hop the gap to research yet I really want to build a gnarler or The Monster but they are not even available on the research tab so that got me wondering can you research all the coaster and rides in a challenge park

In Challenge mode you get new research options once one is finished. You can't do all research in once.
