Horizons Research drone. Thargoid containers

When breaking a targoid the research drone roofing felt only thargoid cyclops/basilisk/medusa tissue sample drops out? Any other containers?
Hearts drop out of the destroyed ships.
Still I can't find thargoid probe.
What else there are targoid's containers?
