And how many do you get?
How do you access them?
How much do they cost?
Can you upgrade parts of them when placed?
Can I choose a difference fence? And what happens if I choose one that's climbable? Can I change it to non-climbable? All before placing?

I mean, feel free to give a moronic answer again but it isn't exactly helpful.

It unlocks entire habitats you can place down, located here in the blueprints tab. So basically you don't need to build your own, these ones come prebuilt.
