Researching locks in the Background Sound when tabbing out

Standard park sounds are getting muted and you only hear the reasearch tab background sounds. Only reloading fixes the issue. Makes the game unplayable for me, since I always play with research on. Sandbox.

Ticket sent, maybe someone else has this problem too. Not sure if it's settings related. I'll try some stuff out and report if anything fixes it.

I found out that the bug disappears when you move inside the research tab but don't research anything. Not sure if it'll help, but atleast it's easier then reloading the game everytime you enter the menu.

I've had this happen a few times, I just save and reload the saved game, then it's as if nothing happened, works like a charm.

Yeah, I know, won't do that. You need to go into the research tab every couple of minutes. I won't save and load my game like every 5 minutes.

What so it happens to you all the time? Not just once a week or something? What're you playing it on?
It happens to me but not to the degree where it becomes that much of a "chore" to just load up a saved game...
