Resetting parks back to opening year status?

Downloaded a couple of nice parks on the workshop recently but noticed that,due to age some rides were simply empty. I tried resetting these rides such as the swing ride by replacing them with new installations to replace the aging one but it still comes back as being old and no peeps will ride it.

Is there any way to just reset the entire park back to it's first year so that all attractions will once again be popular? People are building amazing creations in the game but unfortunately it takes a lot of time (in game ) to do so and by the time the park is comp[leted many of the rides are being unridable due to this aging factor.

Installing a new ride would not report back as "old".
Maybe you just need to raise the Prestige values of these rides.

The age of the park has nothing to do with ride aging, or anything really.

just fast forward till the rides are 20+ years old and become classic, thats how the "reputation" feature works

it was an attempt at adding a more "challenging" level of management...or something

I think you might be able to remove the reputation feature... if you open the park in the scenario editor and save it as a sandbox park, and disable reputation in the options... though Im not 100% sure if that works as I havent tested it in a long time
