So I have always like to play the RE games, some was good others not so good, however the remak is actually well made and good.

Yes agree and that is what makes this game great, the flashbacks and the new shiny graphics and mechanics.

User reviews and general feedback treat it like second coming. It's safe to say that it's pretty good. I'll get it eventually, if only for nostalgia.

The second coming is a bit over the top I would say, it’s most likely nostalgia combined with modern graphics. The story is the same, however they changed some of it like mr. X who is now really scary, like alien scary if you get my point. Ammo is not floating around in bulks and you need to save it for the boss fights.

Heard the controls for PC are a bit arkane and annoying. I'm always wary of these ports to PC myself, been bitten by them often enough.

Might get it in a sale

Or get a game controller! :D

Seriously it can be very handy for a large number of games in PC (No Mans Sky, Witcher etc etc).

I find M+K absolutely fine (I`m speaking as a person who gets very upset if M+K is not supported properly lol), the one exception are some puzzles that can get clunky but its nothing big.

I can't recommend enough the Resident Evil 1 remake as well as the very very good Resident Evil 0 Prequel. Some really terrifying moments. Anyone remember Lisa from the remake? Always loved reading those diary entries that got more and more horrifying as you read on. My favorite lore of all time is "Itchy Tasty" in the Keeper's Diary from RE1.

Since those numbers are for Japan it wouldn't matter anyway, as far as I remember XBox has a very low popularity there.

Edit. Yep. Found some numbers, from 2017 so a bit outdated. But it shows general trend. Sony - 5 million consoles. MS - under 100 thousand. That's 50:1 :)

Sounds about right. Japan is a very rare nationality to encounter on Live.
