Resolution with GTX2060 Super and a Samsung OdyssyG9

Anyone running a Samsung Odyssey G9 Monitor? I've got my resolution set to ultra but it's still pretty pixelated. I'm told E:D doesn't actually support the 32:9 format and expected some stretching but I figured I'd have a lot better resolution than this. I imagine I need to do some tweaking. Has anyone else run this monitor? What yielded the best results?

There is no resolution that you can set to ultra - resolution is one setting (in pixels), image quality (with the option "ultra" unless you go custom) the other. You can set the game to run in Ultra quality on 640 x 4801 pixels, or you can se tthe game to run in low quality on 4k, or anything else.

1ok, maybe not quite that low - but you get the idea?

I am running fine on 32:9 resolution on a G9 49". There is some stretching to the sides however as it is not a natural format for Elite. I have settings all to max. This is on a 3080ti overclocked and watercooled. I suspect that it is asking a hell of a lot from your card and may want to consider lower quality and some other settings a bit. The good thing about having the G9 is you can try ANY resolution setting in Elite and will get a picture of some sort. Try a few and see what works best for you.

Yes, with an 3090 AND and also a secondary mi 34 screen
