Resource Allocation Failure?

Mining is currently impossible for me as I cannot allocate any resources after they have been scooped. I have a 4 slot hopper, totally empty cargo (checked by buying and selling) and cannot allocate/process anything I scoop.

I can however scoop and shoot at rocks... Anyone else?

New bug?

i don't i would be able to scoop if I was underpowered. I am also getting a server message saying fragments are not able to be processed by the server, totally fubars my mining op this morning.
