Newcomer / Intro resource collection missions "Goods must be stolen"

How do I find the items for a "goods must be stolen" mission? Do I just fly around in SC and look for weak signals? There's gotta be a quicker way.......

Either that or use a cargo scanner on trading ships and plunder the stock out of their holds, these are missions for pirates.

yup, don't bother doing them!

I would only do them if I already had a hold full of whatever they were after.. or you had a friend who could jettison you some

Getting a friend that can jettison them for you makes them worth it if the place that gave you the mission was an outpost.
