Restore missions still bugged

This was not fixed. Took 2 missions in the Auaker system and both are powered up. Only one settlement isn't in the entire system, check you system map before accepting any restore missions.

Add 2 more power regulators to the kitty...

By the way, can we dispose of the time limit on paying these fine. I was hoping to do some missions in this area... No I can't and can't pay the stupid fines caused by the games bug.
