Restore/Repair Missions became rare. Why?

1. Frontier reduced "Restore/Repair" because those kind of missions gives worst performance telemetry report and to fix the code is not an option for some very shady motive;

2. Frontier is not able to fix the problem after 8 months since the dark age of "Alpha testing", despite many community's players has given very good solutions for not only "flame/smoke" bug for also for many other bad experiences Odyssey have since the beginning and after 9 updates still suffers with it (bzzz... shallow content... bzzz... poor lore and immersion... bzzz... boring ground CZ... bzzz... lack of any rich exploration/exobiology diversity experience...bzzz... many other stuff... bzzz...);

3. Frontier, after 8 months, is still "investigating" the code and structure of a game they created and... and... tested themselves? I still not sure if Frontier "significant professionals" test the game before releasing "updates" and if they use a computer with its own suggested "minimum recommendation" for it;

Well, that's it. Oh! I almost forgot. This is a very interesting image:

As I remember, The number of restore missions dropped substantially, because all the anarchy systems were going.

It's a BGS "feature", not something that FDEV have done for nefarious purposes.

What does restore missions have to do with people bullying anarchies? Negatives states happen to anarchies and non-anarchies alike. The bullying is probably likely to generate negative states, of course, that won't matter when the anarchy faction ends up losing control of all the settlements.

Nope. This has come up so often ('support missions missing') that someone wrote a thread on it:

This doesn't apply to commander Scaletho, he's about as dense as the next neutron star.

Did they?

Gosh, I'd better stop doing them then! There are plenty out there in systems in the correct state, have you tried looking? I also appear to have very good framerates doing restore / repair missions, perhaps things changed a couple of updates ago...

The thing that made them "vanish" was that update 1 changed them so they were only given by the faction that owned them, instead of any faction within 15ly.
As the kinds of factions that tend to own a lot of offline settlements are not the kinds of factions that tend to be present in a lot of systems, this made the number of restore missions go down drastically as you basically don't get them to neighbouring systems any more.
