Restoring a station with meta alloys

I've read a number of threads on unknown artifacts and meta alloys, and I've seen the two meta allow CGs but has anyone heard of a station that is not associated with a CG being repaired and services coming back online because pilots brought meta alloys to it?

Not yet, AFAIK.

It took about half of a year after first UA were discovered to first station to get problems. So we can assume that it isn't game mechanic or thing that players can do. Its something that frontier did/do when they want to by taking or adding services to stations.
